iRAPP Terminal Server Case Study: Imperial College London

The Imperial College of London began using iRAPP TS to provide their researchers with multi-user access to their algorithm outputs.

Client Testimonial:

"We are using the software on a Mac Pro running Mac OS X Server (Snow Leopard). The main purpose of this server is for the researchers in our group to run their algorithms. Many of these algorithms generate images and video that the owners need to visually inspect. For this reason, people need remote access to the server's screen. However, as you most probably know, Mac OS X's ScreenSharing only allows access to one user at a time. Since we need multi users to access the screen simultaneously we thought of iRAPP.

Before trying iRAPP we also tried a competitor version, but we experienced some problems running ScreenSharing and VNC at the same time. More importantly, simple things such as scrolling in the remote screen proved to be very difficult."
