2.3 Installation of iRAPP Server

 

Locate the downloaded iRAPP_Setup.zip file and extract its content by double-clicking on it.

You should now be able to view the content of the .zip file. Double click on"iRAPP_Server_Mac_Setup_XXXX.dmg" to load the image drive on your computer.

The image drive content should automatically be displayed. If not, navigate to your desktop and click on the iRAPP drive to view its content. The image drive should contain one file "iRAPP Setup." Double-click on the icon to launch the installation.

Follow the on-screen instructions or refer to the following instructions for further guidance.From the welcome screen, select "Install iRAPP Server" and click on "Go."

Review the license agreement and click on "Yes, Accept this Agreement."

If required, provide your computer administrator name and password to proceed with the installation.

Once the installation is completed, the license must be loaded before iRAPP Server is functional. To load the license immediately, select "Yes, Run License Manager." Note that this step can be performed later from the "Preferences" menu (refer to the iRAPP Server Settings section in this document for more information on this subject).

From the license manager screen, select"Load" and navigate to the file "License.lic" (refer to the "Installation Components" of this document for more information on the required installation files). Click on "Open" to load the license.

The license manager will automatically activate your license. Click on "Close" to exit the License Manager.The system must reboot before iRAPP server is functional. To do so now, click on "Finish." Once the installation is completed, you can remove the "iRAPP" image drive by right-clicking on the icon on your desktop and selecting "Eject iRAPP."
