-
Allow multiple users to connect simultaneously - by default, iRAPP Server is configured to work in single user mode. In this mode, any new connection to a server automatically disconnects previous sessions. To allow multiple users to connect simultaneously, select the option: "Allow multiple users to connect simultaneously" and click on "Apply Changes" (this will terminate any current connection).
NB: The multiple users mode has some restrictions that are explained under the "Multiple Users Mode" section of this document.
-
Act on Remote User Access - this option allows you to select how you want the local session to behave when you connect a user. "Switch user to hidden session" opens a hidden session for the user, which allows another user to continue using the local session. "Lock the screen with password protection" locks the local session and requires password protection to gain access. "Switch user to console session" allows the remote user to log in, and logs them in on the existing local console session, so the remote user's movements can be seen by any person viewing the local server machine.
-
Do not reopen windows during log in for remote sessions - this option prevents the hanging "initializing" message during connection by not reopening application windows upon login for remote sessions.
-
Server Status - this option shows the server status and allows administrator to start or stop the service. Restart will momentary stop the service, disconnecting any current connections, and immediately restart the service.
