In addition to the options accessible through the iRAPP menu, users can also move and resize the workspace by following these instructions:

  • Minimize Workspace - this option will hide the current session.
  • Restore Workspace - this option will restore the workspace to its previous state.
  • Reset Workspace - this option will resize the workspace to match the remote desktop.
  • Workspace Options - this option will open the iRAPP option. Refer to the iRAPP Client Settings section of this document for more information.
  • Disconnect the Session - this option will terminate the current session.
  • To move the workspace - simply click and drag the session heading to the desired location. Is this particularly useful to move the workspace from one screen to another (when using multiple physical displays).

NB: To perform this operation, the option "Allow dragging my apple menu" must be active (refer to iRAPP Client Settings for more information).
  • To resize the workspace, click on the right or left corner of the Mac OS system menu and drag until the desired size is obtained.
