iRAPP version 1.4 uses the following strong key mapping for service keys:

PC   Mac
Caps Lock  =>  Caps Lock
Shift  =>  Shift
Control(Ctrl)  =>  Control(Ctrl)
Option(Alt)  =>  Alt
Start(Win)  =>  Command(Cmd)
